ESPR requires evidence of durability, reparability, and recyclability.

Typical artifacts: Digital Product Passport (DPP), reparability assessments, life cycle analysis.

REACH SVHC and restrictions

REACH requires notification of SVHCs (>0.1%) and compliance with Annex XVII.

Typical artifacts: SVHC declarations, SCIP notification proof, lab analysis for restricted substances.
